  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy

  • Overdue payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • We may update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.

6. WhatsApp Business API Integration

6.1 WhatsApp Compliance

You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy when using our Service. We are not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's policies.

6.2 API Limitations

Your use of WhatsApp Business API through our Service is subject to WhatsApp's rate limits, quality ratings, and approval processes. We cannot guarantee API availability or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9.2 Support

Support is provided according to your subscription plan. We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account cancellation features. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activities that harm our Service or other users.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide you with access to export your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
